I LLSLQ. Softball Game and Picnic
Featuring the M.I. King Kongs vs. the Special Collections Super Gnomes.
I Loosen up your muscles and sharpen up your appetites.
Warm—up practice begins at 2:30. The softball game takes off at 3:30.
· Picnic at 5:15.
I Spectators who get tired and sore from watching all that practice are
I warned to bring their own liniment. But please! Don't put it on the
table instead of the food you're bringing.
Fill out the form being circulated to tell what you are bringing, and
sign up for a T~shirt.
I Reimbursement of Meal Expenses
The University will no longer reimburse meals charged on credit cards
I by the credit card receipt. The only acceptable documentation is a
printed receipt from the restaurant. (This does not apply to people
receiving the state allowance which goes with a printed hotel receipt.)
Reserve Readinge
Everytime you see a faculty member or a TA, remind him to submit reserve
lists early. A second notice has been mailed to the faculty. Larry
Greenwood and Gary Stottlemeyer will be grateful. Also, Government
Publications needs information on documents to be put on reserve.
I "It and "Them[_Get in Shape
I Anyone interested in getting in smne for the upcoming big move, should
I contact Bill Bull, Bob Turner, or Kaye Harmon in the Circulation depart-
I ment. Conditioning facilities cover a large area in the main library
II and range from old classics to the most up—to—date. Arrangements should
I be made in advance for your free "shape—up—for—the—move" program.
