The Senate approved a motion to permit photographs to be made during
the meeting.

The list of candidates for degrees at the May 1969 Commencement, which
had been circulated to the faculty prior to the meeting and which reflected t
the status of degree candidacy as of April 10, 1969, was presented to the 3
Senate with the correction that Galvin D. Jones and Clifford Donald Roy be
removed as candidates for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical ‘
Engineering and be added as candidates for the Degree of Bachelor of Science
in Metallurgical Engineering. The Senate approved the list as circulated
and corrected and recommended its approval to the Board of Trustees subject
to completion of degree requirements.
