of the Town of mylsnd without procuring
Jae. Elyngton, Deft. a license.

The above styled cause came on to be heard, defendant appeared in open
Court in custody of the Marshal and plead not guilty to the charge as set
out in the warrant. Upon examining the witnesses, the Court being of the

' opinion that the defendant is guilty, it is adjudged. that he pay a fine of
Fifty ($50.00) Dollars and costs of this action. .

First: Sue out a writ of Ha‘beas Corpus, which can be done .
and the hearing had in the next few days, wiraerein we could

then eitlmr have to appeal the case and give bond, or else
