herds of Mr. S. COli‘eX Ferguson .1 claim for
collection againstyliay' and May in the form of three . \
notes aggregating; 113541.50 and interest. ‘76 have

‘ never had an aclmowledgement from 351’. Ferguson of
this claim and we have written a. half dozen letters
to him regarding the matter all of which remain

I _ unanswered. Several days ago, we wrote him demanding
that he return the notes to us and we have not heard .
from him .

Can you handle this claim for -
