the University Faculty August 11, 1948

1. Each course offered in a University of Kentucky off:
campus center and each course offered by extension and each

instructor for these courses shall be approved by the dean and the head ‘rfi
of the department'of the college and department in which the course is {Kt
regularly offered on the Lexington campus. (This is the current practice).

2. Every prospective instructor in a University of Kentucky off9
campus center must be recommended to the President for appointment by
the head of the department and the dean of the college prior to the

instructor

being held

the University's Military Department; that the results of this conference
would affect students at the University of Kentucky.
