       Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of
Kentucky, December 14, 1954.


       The Board of Trustees of the University of Kentucky met in the Pres-
ident' s Office at 10:00 a. m. , GST, Tuesday, December 14, 1954, with the
following member present: Guy A. Huguelet, Vice Chairman.

      A quorum not being present, the Vice Chairman adjourned the meeting
until January 11, 1955, at 10:00 a.m. , CST, Office of the President of the
University of Kentucky.
