costs in the case of Robert Smith vs. L. 8.4 N. R. R. 00., Letcher
Quarterly Court.

The voucher was duly audited and sent to the Treasurer
for payment. I am informed by the Treasurer that the voucher
was mailed direct- to Judge Day on July 16th.
