 is l V LETTER OF APPRECIATION TO INTER—LIBRAIU · - I if ' 'A ' '
I Deaf Paul: 8 A
Q, A Last weekend I applied the finishing touches to a bibliography for a book I
am getting ready for publication consideration. In the process I came to A
realize the extent of the help and the valuable service rendered by the
Interlibrary Loan Division, and especially its director, Vivian MacQuovm.
. zh Over the seven years I have been working on this project, I cannot recall
one instance on which my requests for books and periodicals articles were A
not met with courtesy and prompt attention. The service was always exemplary,
even on those occasions when I showed my om ignorance of the King collections
and failed to locate materials already there. The ILL staff always cheerfully
and diplomatically informed me not only that the materials were on campus, but ‘
they also gave me the call number and location of the items needed.
I take great pleasure in commending the staff for their fine work.
- _ Sincerely, .
Wayne A. Wiegand .
