"Going up are the future homes of University of Kentucky married students. Construction of seven brick and stone apartment houses will be complete this summer in Lexington. The furnished buildings will replace Cooperstown. A thirty-year bond issue is financing the project. The apartments-330 one and two bedroom units-will rent for seventy-five dollars a month. Old Cooperstown quarters cost thirty-five dollars. The building project will cost three million dollars."
