                         has been idle in the river, occasionally running to Cumberland, West Point, and Yorktown. Captain Andrews wants the ship to continue working throughout the summer. Sturgis has fallen ill, but will send a memorandum of May expenses soon. Provides a list of amounts paid to dismissed men, amounts he paid to others, and will send a list of the current crew later. Inquires about the money for the second certificate.
