Lexington Lodge No. 1, F. & A. M.
Lexington, Kentucky

We have examined the balance sheet of Lexington Lodge No. 1, F. & A.M.,
Lexington, Kentucky as of December 27, 1969 and the income statements for
the period August 1, 1968 to December 27, 1969 and for the period January 1,
1969 to December 27, 1969. Our examination was made in accordance with
generally accepted auditing standards and accordingly included such tests
of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as we con—
sidered necessary in the circumstances.

In our opinion, the accompanying balance sheet and related statements
present fairly the financial position of Lexington Lodge No. 1, F. & A.M.,

then ended, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
