tee had procured the Grand High Priest to speak at our

March 4th. Meeting.

Bro. Williams made a Motion that the Degree Team Parapherna—

GOOD OF Bro. Westmeyer stated that he would like to see the Lodge
THE ORDER have a rabbit fry, not necessarily on a meeting night or at
the Lodge Hall.
The Master asked Bro. Stephen B. Westmeyer to work out the
details and report back to Lodge.
The Secretary read the names of our Brothers, who are 2
years delinquent in their dues and asked the Craft for
assistance in getting these Brothers back in goodstanding.
The Master asked the Secretary to brake the list down and
to distribute them to the Officers for collection.
The Master stated that there would be a practice session at
2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 13, 1985 and asked all Line
Officers to attend.

SICK AND Bro. Johnston reported that Bro. J. Harrison Sallee was in
DISTRESS Sayre Village Nursing Home, and that Bro. Norman Hart had
lost his wife, an invalid for many years.

The Master stated that Bro. Ted Walter had called and asked
that he announce that $250,000.00 plus Realtor's fee had
been offered for property at 144 N. Broadway, that a 45 day
option at $2,000.00 was given with possession by April 1,
1985. And asked that the Lodge vote it's approval for the
sale.

Bro. Baxter stated that a majority of the stockholders had
already voted to sell, so there was very little we could do
but make it unanimous. Second by Bro. Lee. Motion carried.

Bro. Secretary read the names of Delinquent Members for the

Lee Taylor, S.W. of the American—Canadian Grand Lodge of
Germany A.F.&A.M. to the Master and the Craft.

Bro. Taylor Made a short talk on Masonry in Germany,
especially during the Hitler Regime, he told how the Lodge
building were destroyed and Masons punished.

He told why and how the Masons used the Forget—me—not as
identification and presented the Master with a Forget—me—
not from the Grand Lodge of Germany.

INSTALLATION Bro. Marvin S. Whitton, P.G.M. assisted by Bro. Whitfield
Tandy, P.M., acting as Marshall installed Bro. Charles E.

Bro. Walter Johnston announced that he had procured Bro.
Robert R. Hagan, M.W.&O. H. Administrator to speak to the
Lodge on April 15th..

Bro Chester Care announced that the Party interested in
purchasing the building had asked for a 6 Month extension

of their Option, that they might seek Government Monies and
Zoning changes.

Bro. Care stated that a Meeting of the M.T.A. had been call—
ed for March 20, 1985 for discussion on this matter.

Bro. Williams reported that all the details on the Degree
Team Paraphernalia had not been completed, but he would try
to finalize it before our April Meeting.

A letter from Manatee Lodge #31, Bradenton, FL. stating that
due to a conflict in scheduling, that they were unable to

Bro. Giannasio, P.M. stated that he was glad to be here and
invited all to atend the District Meeting at Stamping Ground
Bro. Baldwin stated that he was impressed by the E.A. & F.C.
Proficiency and invited all to Robert M. Sirkle Lodge Meet-
ings, while he is Master.
Bro. Bartley, D.D.G.M. spoke about the Grand Master's
desire that Masons become active in Church, Youth Groups and
set an example for the world to see. He reminded all of
the You Asked For It Meeting at Harrodsburg on April 9th.
and the District Meeting on June 8th.
Bro. Johnston announced that he had served as K.S. in each
