sessment.

RULE 14. F. Cs and E. A’s are members and pay dues and assessments.

RULE 15. Life and Honorary Members are not recognized by the Grand
Lodge.

RULE 16. No dues or assessment are required of a brother who has been
50 years a Mason, provided the words, “ 50 years,” are written after his name,

RULE 17. In writing to Grand Secretary always give name and number of
