       Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of
Kentucky, December 13, 1955.


       The Board of Trustees of the University met in the President' s Office
at 10:00 a. m. , Tuesday, December 13, 1955, with the following member
present: Dr; Ralph J. Angelucci.

       There not being a quorum, the meeting was adjourned to Tuesday, De-
cember 20, 1955, at 10:00 a. m.
