Dedication Program To Be Held in Architecture Library
The Clifton J. Marshall Collection will be presented to the
University in a program on Friday, October l9 at l:3O pm in the
l Hunter S. Adams Architecture Library. Mr. Marshall was a former
y University Architect for the University of Kentucky: His wife,
A Margaret Marshall, and daughter, Geraldine Gutfreund, are
y presenting his personal library to the University. A reception
l will follow the brief program. Library personnel are invited to

New Staff Conference Room
y King Library has a new staff conference room now available for,
use. lt is Room 5l7, King South (formerly office of the head of
interlibrary loan). It will accommodate around twenty people and
has a table which will seat ten.
Sandy Hardwick ‘in the Director*s Office will handle the
scheduling of the conference room and will have keys.
Occasional Papers
The Occasional Papers, published irregularly, are a channel
through which contributors may communicate their research on 4
aspects of library operations and collections. Papers sheuld
demonstrate knowledge of the literature on the subject when
appropriate. Descriptive papers and annotated bibliographies may
also be considered if of sufficient interest and usefulness.
Manuscripts are invited. Two copies, typed double~spaced, should
be sent to:
