  Coach Joe B. Hall is in his 12th season at Kentucky and has a 277-86 (76.3%.)
record as coach of the Wildcats. He is in his 18th year as a head coach on the
4 collegiate level and has a 353-142 (71.3%) career mark. His UK teams have won
H or shared eight SEC championships, won the NIT, finished as runners-up in the
;__3» NCAA tournament (1975), and won the national championship (1978).

and handed out 80 assists. He has hit 38 of 63 shots from the field (60.372) and
  31 of 39 shots from the line (79.5%). He has started nine games in a row. His
_ two free throws at the 0:03 mark enabled UK to defeat Alabama 48-46 in the semi-

“ Charles Hurt set the mark last season at 59.3 percent. Turpin has led UK in
scoring 13 times this season. He has scored in double figures in all but five
  games including the last 17 in a row. His top game came in the SEC Tournament
