jgjgim RE: PAXROLL HOLD»UP IASURANCE
INTERIOR HOLD—UP INSURANCE
SAFE BURGLARY IISURANCE
MESSENGER INSURANCE
We refer to our letter of November Y? lQjO pertaining to the
above lines of insurance and to a letter dated June 1, 1931 from the Acccunt~
ing Department by H. Davisson and A. J. Gourlay pertaining to changes in
our payroll hold—up policy affecting guards and the handling of payrolls.
The letters referred to should be carefully reviewed and the
operations checked in order to ascertain that all conditions are being fully
complied with and we should be definitely advised that this has been done.
SAFE AND VAULT CONBINAEIOQS
Combinations should be changed periolically and the number of
persons having access to safes and vaults through knowledge of combinations
should be limited, if possible, to those responsible for the contents.
Possibly there are persons who have left the employ at your location or who
are still employed but no longer have access to safes or vaults who are
familiar with the safe or vault combinations so that entry would be possible.
Please have all combinations changed and advise us when this
has been done.
NOTE: If you are not familiar with combination locks a safe
expert should be called who will show you how to set up new com-
binations. In no event should you have the safe expert set the
combination for you or permit him to know what combination of
numbers you have used.
Very truly yours,
GEORGE A. RAUHEY, Treasurer
