We therefore will take this matter up with fudge Bailey
with A view of securing the proner agreement with regard to the
moving and building of fencee end the entering of the proper
order therefor. We imagine that tne moving of tue fencee
will be sufficient, ue we do not understand tant the moving
of tue road will neceeeitete any more fences than ie tnere now,
unless at some particular point tne oreeent road ie near the
creek end is being moved Jer enough to the East to require the
inclosing of lend between tne new location end the creek.
