Thinking of gimmicks and means of stimulating employe
interest in our Company°s New Ideas Plan is not always
an easy task. As a matter of fact, we find it a pretty
rough job at times.
It occurred to us that you might have found it difficult
at times, too, and that perhaps you might like to exchange
with us some of the things you have done to promote employe
participation at your operation.
The attached poster (an offset print job) showing an award
presentation seems to have rung the bell here in the General
Office. Do you have a bell—ringer that you might like to
ring in on us? Your willingness to share with us your ideas
