i Periodical Room Procedure
T Staff members who remove an issue of any periodical or journal from
y the King Periodical Room — even for a short time - must sign it out
at the service desk in CSR. This goes for both regular and restricted
{ titles.
i We would like to discourage the practice of "borrowing" issues from
f the reading room since it invariably causes service problems. If it

 - 5 -- i
is absolutely necessary to take something out, the Sign-out z
procedure will enable us to locate issues upon demand. l
Thank you, Gail Kennedy.
Telephone Numbers Switched i

Administrative Services numbers are 3-2566 & 8-2831; CSR numbers A
