NEW EHONES
Instructional Services has a new phone number -— 257-1025. The old
Instructional Services number (257-1949) is now the number for the
Bindery. All calls for the Cataloging Dept. should be made to
257-3831. Further phone changes will be announced later after the
MIK South 2nd floor move is complete.
SO[[NET PROGRESS
Representatives from General Telephone Co. have been here this week
installing the special phone lines and equipment which will be needed
for the SOLINET terminals. The terminals themselves will probably
arrive sometime in the next two or three weeks. It appears that
OCLC is now on schedule with their installation and we can expect to
be on line during the last of May or the first of June.
WOMEN IN MANAGEMFNT SEMINAR
The College of Engineering Office of Continuing Education is spon-
soring a three day Women in Management Seminar to be held May 27,
28 and 29 at Jefferson Community College. The full registration fee
of $150.00 (includes 3 lunches and l dinner) will be waived for one
librarian. One-half of the fee will be waived for other librarians
wishing to attend. Additional expenses such as room and meals will
be the responsibility of each participant. Anyone interested in -
participating should contact the Director's Office.
