. Libraries' Information Coordinator 1
V Pat Lloyd in the Director's Office is currently performing the
functions of the Libraries' Information Coordinator as defined
in the Library System's procedures document. The person in A
· this position has the responsibility of disseminating general “
information about the facilities, staff, programs, and services
of the University Libraries. (Special events sponsored by the
Special Collections Department or the Library Associates are _
handled by David Farrell.) · `
Mrs. Lloyd will also coordinate the release of information fort
the Library System. As the Organizational Procedures document v
. notes the coordinator will not necessarily write the information
releases, but will work with departments and individuals upon
request. ALL general University mailings or public release of
information about the Library is to be done through the ` i
Coordinator.
