I find that Mr Prinsep, of whom I spoke to you and of

whose talents I have a very high opinion, will be happy to undertake
' the portrait if it is wished he should do so. His address is

46 Upper Charlotte Street
Fitery Square.
I write to him again with this to ask his terms, and also what days

would suit him in case it were wished to visit his studio now,to which

I dare say he would not object.
