Thank you with all my heart for the service you have rendered

post from the WESTMINSTER GAZETTE, which I hope you will be able to
return so as to permit of its publication on Monday. Since writing
to you I have had the opportunity of aiscussing the matter at length
with Mr Bryce, who is heartily in accord with us, but feels his hands
