Cataloging reouest: ·’ i ` °h ‘ e _~i__~ - Q L
Cataloging has been having a problem with yellow temporary
slips disappearing from the shelf list. We realize that
the shelf list is heavily used by other_departments as well
as by·cataloging. For this reasons we are asking that you‘
give loose slips or misfiled slips to a staff member of the —
catalog department. Your cooperation will be appreciated.

Library Staff Organization minutes:
The meeting was called to order on 17 November at 3:00 pm·
in the Old Rare Book Room by Terry Warth. Cecil Madison,
Treasurer, reported $23.47 in the treasury. Terry called ·

favor of a party. Terry will appoint a committee to i
organize the party. Terry also called for a vote on will- _
ingness of the staff to give money for Christmas gifts for ‘
the indigent in the Med Center during Christmas. The staff
voted in favor of doing this. Ruth Vaughan was announced as
