—The officers shall be. elected by ballot at. a meet- (
ing held annually on the first Saturday in March
and shall be installed in office on the first Saturday
in June. The Club Year shall begin with October. I‘

ARTICLE II.

SEC. 2.——DUTIES 0F CHAIRMAN.-—-At the open
meeting in May the chairman of each department
shall report the work of her department during the
year.

 

ARTICLE IV.

SEC. 2.—DUES.——Membere entering theclub at any
time during the Club year, shall pay an initiation
fee of three dollars. and be exempt from annual
dues for that Club year.

SEC. 8,—Members of the Club having dropped out
and wishing to be readmitted, shall make appli—
cation directly to the Board of Directors through
the President.

PAYMENT OF Mina—The annual fee shall be paid
to the Treasurerby each member at the open meet-
