Dear Fred:
Hearty congratulations for your latest
honor and I wish you a very successful term as
President of the AJ%.A.
I won't invite you to reed a paper here,
dedicate a new building, etc, but Alice and I would
be most happy to see Edith, you and the children at
Lake Geneva this summer. We are installed there,
have room and really would enjoy the visit. what
are the chances?
Verne made us another brief visit recently.
He hurried to Cleveland to present an invitation for
the College to meet in Los Angeles. He seemed hope-
i ful.
With the kindest regards of Alice and A `
myself to you and your family I am
_ Sincerely youre,
