Dr. Fred Rankin,
Lexington, Kentucky.
Dear Fred :
I want to congratulate you on your election to the presidency.
I certainly was pleased to know you got it. I had to leave be-
fore the election came off but I knew you were going to get it.
Now that you have to run around the country a lot you must
come to Minneapolis. Be sure to let me know sometime before
you get here. I want you to come out to our house and make your
headquarters there and I also want to arrange for you to do some
talking around here.
With.best personal wishes to you, I am
I Yours very sincerely,
